Daily yoga practice with foot massage helps to travel on the Indians roads and it provides a better acclimatizing for trekking around 4000 meters above sea level. Yoga is also the best way to connect body and mind, especially at a holy place like the holy Ganga springs where the prana and the spiritual energy are higher. From Delhi, drive three days in the mythic Ganga Valley and his holy Hindu cities: Haridwar, Rishikech, Uttarkashi, and reach Gangotri: 3140 meters above sea level. From Gangotri enjoy trekking 18 kilometers within a clean and beautiful National Park following the holy stream of Bagherati river and looking to snow capped peaks.

From Gaumuk trek to Tapovan plateau, 4500 meters, touching Mt Shivling, Mt Meru which is the adobe of Hindu gods and deities, close to Mt Bagherati.
